There are nearly 200 lighthouses in New England, located along its extensive coastline, rivers and lakes. These lighthouses vary in style and history, with some being accessible to visitors and others viewed only from a distance. After photographing throughout New England over the last 10 years, I realized that I had shot over 100 of them. That was my impetus to review all of them and select my favorites. This provided me with 42 different lighthouses for this initial eBook. I have broken these down by state starting with the northernmost and proceeding south and as with all my eBooks, I provide exact information on where to park, length of the hikes, maps to the multiple shooting location and compositions, best season and time of day to shoot, equipment recommended for the site and tips specific to each lighthouse.
